Marcella M. Flackey

Marcella Flackey, age 91, of Hastings, and formerly of White Bear Lake and Maplewood, died Monday, November 30, 2009 at Regina Nursing Home.Marcella was born September 25, 1918 in St. Paul to Matthew and Catherine (Frank) Haider. She was a cook at Maplewood Edgerton School until her retirement.She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Clemens Sack, and Marvin Flackey; brothers, Al, George, and Matthew; and sister Clara. Marcella is survived by her children, Marilyn Markle of Hastings, Judith (David) Hahn of White Bear Lake, Margery (Robert) Anfang of Forest Lake, and Diane (Timothy) Masloski of Hastings; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and sister Catherine Jarosch of Roseville.The Funeral Mass, officiated byRev. Kenneth Ludescher,will be 11AM Thursday, December 3, 2009 at St. Jerome's Catholic Church, 384 Roselawn Avenue East, Maplewood, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Maplewood. Pallbearers are Jeffrey Hahn, Jon Markle, Justin Masloski, Aaron Masloski, William Healy, and Kenneth Pevonka.
