Madelyn F. Fritz, age 64 of Hastings died Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Southview Acres Health Care Center in West St. Paul. Madelyn was born December 5, 1950 in St. Paulto William and Byrl (Frerking) Wessinger. She was a 1968 graduate of Hastings High School and a longtime Smead Mfg. employee prior to her retirement. Madelyn loved music and art, and enjoyed her visits to the casino. She was preceded in death by her parents. Madelyn is survived by her brothers William (Marilyn) Wessinger of Cottage Grove and Lou (Mary) Wessinger of Northfield; also numerous loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A graveside service will be held 2 PM Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery in Hastings, officiated by Fr. Tony Andrade.
