Lorraine E. Brunner, age 87,of Inver Grove Heights, passed away at Ruth Homes in Hastings on March 25, 2015. She worked as a drug and alcohol counselor for Washington County Human Services for over 20 years. She was a friend of Bill W. for more than 40 years. Lorraine is survived by her son, Steven VandeWater; daughter, Suzanne Kellog; 2 great grandsons; and siblings, Ruby; Robert and Richard. An informal gathering will be held on Sunday (3/29) from 4-7 p.m. at her son's home, 693 Butternut Ave. in St. Paul.
