Kathleen "Kathie" Johnson

Kathleen ' Kathie' Johnson, age 66, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully, with her children by her side, February 24, 2018, at Regina Senior Living in Hastings. She was born on Oct. 18, 1951, in Minneapolis. Kathie graduated in the Class of 1969 in St. Louis Park. She was the queen of her square dancing club in 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Helen O'Brien. Kathie was survived by her children, Kelli Durow, Jason (Melinda) Johnson, and Jennifer (Bill) Johnson, and Corey Johnson; grandchildren, Alicia, Breanna, Gavin, Brittany, Amanda, Jasmine, Jordan, Cameron, No'loni, and Jaidyn; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, and Rylen; siblings, Rick (Liz) O'Brien, Cindy Kelly, Keith (Kathy) O'Brien, Pam O'Brien (Tanya), and Randy (Karen) O'Brien, other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday (3/3) at 11:00 AM at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral.
