Kathleen J. Liddle

Kathleen J. Liddle, age 60, of Hastings, passed away peacefully in her home with her family at her side after a courageous battle with cancer on September 16, 2011 Kathleen was born October 24, 1950 in Sutton, ND to Keith and Violet (Jacobson) Harrington. She married Duane A. Liddle on June 29, 1968 in Almena, WI. She worked as an accountant and a credit manager.Kathleen loved traveling, camping, fishing, biking, playing cards and all things outdoors. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, brother Clifford Harrington and nephew John Harrington. She is survived by her husband Duane; daughters Brenda (Gregory) Stier of Hastings and Lisa (Daniel) Lopez of Bismarck, ND, grandchildren Jonathon, Nicole, Nathan, Brandan, Daniel, Alycia, Brianna; great-grandchildren Alexis and Zoe; siblings Mitch (Jeannie) Harrington of Hastings, Arlene Murtaugh of Frederick, WI, David (Pam) Harrington of Ridgeland, WI, George (Kelly) Harrington of Lawton, OK, Jonnie (Scott) Romness of White Rock, MN and many other loving family and friends. The funeral service, officiated by Betty Herman will be held 10 AM Wednesday, September 21st at St. Luke�s Episcopal Church, 615 Vermillion St., Hastings. The visitation will be 4-7 PM Tuesday, at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings and also at the church one hour prior to the service.
