Joseph "Joey" Seeger

Joseph (Joey) Cole Seeger Born July 11, 2001 and passed away on June 4, 2019. Joe grew up in Hastings, Minnesota where he attended Hasting High School and graduated on June 7th. Joe’s passions were snowboarding, photography, welding, loving and teasing his sisters, working on trucks, bow and rifle hunting, long drives in the country, spending time at the Seeger Family Farm, but most importantly spending time with all of his amazing friends that loved him like a brother. Joe also enjoyed his work at Afton Alps, Ford and The Docks. Preceded in death by grandparents, Lovearl (Joe) and Connie Seeger; uncle, Rick Seeger. Joseph is survived by his parents, Mark and Michelle (Andert) Seeger and his sisters, Chloe and Ellie; grandparents, Jim Andert and Jayne Wicklander, Linda and Greg Diebel; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2019, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 400 W. 9th St., Hastings, with Reverend Lloyd Menke officiating. Interment will be held at Lakeside Cemetery in Hastings. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St., Hastings. There will not be a public visitation at church on Thursday afternoon. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in memory of Joey.
