John E. Fitch

John E. Fitch, age 66, of Hastings, passed away January 15, 2015 at United Hospital in St. Paul. He was born to Frank & Ione (ne Musolf) Fitch on December 13, 1948 in Rochester. John served in the United States Navy for 8 years before he was honorably discharged. After serving our country, he worked for Xcel Energy before his retirement. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother. John is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sheila K. Fitch; 2 sisters; 1 brother; 5 children; several grandchildren. A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, January 24 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring Street, Hastings. Private Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
