Burke, Jay E., age 52; of Hastings, died 12/26/07 following an over 20 year battle with cancer. Jay is survived by his loving wife Kaye; children Tom (Kris), Joyce (Josh), and Lucy; grandchildren Jaylene, Leah, Lily, Nathan, and Kenny. The funeral service will be held at 9:30 am Friday, December 28, 2007 at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings with a visitation held from 4:30-7:30 pm Thursday and also � hour prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials to the family are preferred. 651-437-9419.
