Jamie Christie passed away peacefully on June 14, 2013 at her residence in Hastings. Jamie was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina on December 11, 1977. She is survived by her three children Alexander, Adam and Alayna; parents Lonni (Richard) Palmer of Hastings;paternal grandfather Clyde Rost; sisterBrooke (Andrew) Knopf of Pine Island; brothers Jeffrey (Rindy) Rost of Hastings and John Rost of Hastings; nieces Morgan Knopf and Natalie Rost. Jamie loved crafts and cooking. She had a great sense of humor and her children meant the world to her. In lieu of flowers donations to Children's Hospital in St. Paul. Funeral Services will be held WED. 11:00 AM June 19, 2013 at Light House Baptist Church 9979 80th St. in Cottage Grove. Visitation will be TUES 4-7 PM at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home 201 East 7th St. in Hastings. Interment Lakeside Cemetery.
