Helen Proetz

Helen Margaret Augusta (Anton) Proetz was born on a farm outside Thief River Falls, MN on October 28, 1914 and died November 13, 2007 at the age of 93. She was the youngest and last surviving of 11 children. Born to Hans and Louisa Anton. She married Clifford George Proetz. Preceded in death by husband, Clifford. She is survived by three children Merrie Ann (Glenn) Sell of Hastings; Clifford Proetz (Sandy) of Wasilla, Alaska; Edward Proetz (Maxine) of Duluth, MN. 4 Grandchildren, Leslie (Brent) Arnold; Jason, Michael, (Aubrey) and Nathan. 3 Great-Grandchildren, Izzy, Axel and Arabella Arnold. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. She had many interest including Parkway Garden Club (over 50 years), china painting, needlework, quilting, travel and reading. Helen will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
