Grayce I. Riches

Grayce I. Riches, age 95, of Hastings died June 16, 2010 at Regina Assisted Living. Grayce was born January 19, 1915 in Ellsworth, WI to George and Florence (Roach) Mumford. She was a graduate of Red Wing High School and married Theodore Riches on October 15, 1940 in Red Wing. Prior to her retirement she was a bookkeeper at a law firm. Grayce enjoyed playing Bingo, baking, sewing, traveling, and listening to big band and country music. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 6 siblings. Grayce is survived by her children Theodore Riches Jr. of Hastings, Gene (Linda) Riches of Hastings, Maureen (Bernard) Klein of Hastings, and Marilynn (Douglas) Riches Grant of Plymouth; grandchildren Brian Riches, Matthew Riches, Rene Klein, and Steven Klein; great-grandchildren Isabelle and Jorja Riches. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Rev. Robert Altier, will be held 11AM Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Regina Chapel, 1175 Nininger Rd., Hastings, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brian Riches, Matthew Riches, Rene Klein, Steven Klein, Bernard Klein, and Doug Grant.
