Deborah Marie Rischette

Deborah Marie Rischette, age 64 of Pine River, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 in St. Cloud. Deb was born on November 13, 1952 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Growing up, she traveled and lived in many places. On October 29, 1990, Deb was united in marriage to Lance Rischette in Hastings. She was a terrific artist in every aspect and loved to create. Deb loved animals, especially her cats, Minky and Candy No No. Whatever it took, she made sure that every living creature never went hungry. Deborah loved being outdoors, gardening and building a little bit of everything by memory and with whatever tools she had available. She had the biggest heart, was strong willed and was a loving wife and mother. Deborah is survived by her husband, Lance Rischette; daughter Michelle (Matt) Cohen; sister in law, Norma Swanson and brother in law Kent (Chris) Rischette. Service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 23, 2017, at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home in Hastings, with Gordon Gathright officiating. Interment will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
