Dean M. Erickson

Dean Erickson, age 63 of West St. Paul, passed away suddenly at his home on January 9, 2022. He went to Hastings High School and received his GED. He worked for Smead's and Hudson Manufacturing in his earlier years. He was an intelligent man, a great listener and very friendly. He made friends easily, everywhere he went. He will be remembered for his sheepish grin and how much he prioritized his faith. Preceded in death by his parents Mary and Harvy Erickson, and brother David Erickson. Dean is survived by his daughter Amanda Vang; son Brandon McNamara; 5 beautiful grandchildren; sister Maureen Erickson; brother Dan Erickson, close cousin Chuckie Gagen; and close nephew, Nick Erickson and by many other cherished relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later time this year in remembrance of Dean. Arrangements are being handled by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
