Clarence "Butch" Pribnow

Clarence “Butch” Pribnow, age 67, of Hastings, passed away October 6, 2016 at Regina Senior Living in Hastings, MN after a courageous battle with cancer. Butch was born October 9, 1948 to Clarence & Marjorie Pribnow in Hastings. He was married to Karen McNary on June 5, 1971 at the United Methodist Church in Stickney, SD. They lived on a dairy farm in Denmark Township where Butch farmed. In 2013, they moved to Hastings. Butch was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amy; uncle Bill Pribnow; cousin, Mildred Pribnow; brothers in law, Walt Tuckerman; William “Bill” Munroe. He is survived by his wife, Karen; daughter, Kristina; son Troy (Becky); very special sister, Margaret (Gunter) Drews; sisters-in-law, Barb (Bernard) Andera, Carol Tuckerman, Marvis Munroe; special nephew, Gunter Drews II; many cousins, several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at Cottage Grove United Church of Christ on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Private family interment will take place in Old Cottage Grove Cemetery. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
