Charlotte A. Stoudt

Charlotte A. Stoudt, age 87 of Hastings, died peacefully on Tuesday afternoon, April 6, 2021, at Regina Senior Living in Hastings. Charlotte Ann, the daughter of Kenneth and Rose (Larson) Collinge, was born on August 3, 1933, in Red Wing, Minnesota. Following her graduation from Central High School in Minneapolis , Charlotte continued her education in Office Administration and later began her twenty-nine year office administration career with the Hastings Police Department. In 1952, she was united in marriage to John T. Stoudt in Minneapolis. Charlotte was a dedicated farm wife and mother, and always made sure everyone in her family was cared for. She enjoyed both downhill and cross country skiing, playing cards with her friends, and dancing with John at Wiederholt's. Later in life, Charlotte enjoyed traveling with friends and family. She was a longtime member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church as well as Regina Auxiliary where she spent countless hours volunteering any way she could. Charlotte also enjoyed volunteering as an election judge for many years as well. Most of all, she cherished her time spent with family, especially with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, John. Charlotte is survived by her children, Tom (Elaine) Stoudt, Kurt Stoudt, and Ron (Carol) Stoudt; grandchildren, Sean (Katie) Stoudt, Nichole (Nate) Wayne, Paul Feyereisen, Gary Stoudt, and Cheyanne Stoudt; great grandchildren, Grace, Addilyn, and John; and by other family and friends. A Celebration of Charlotte's Life will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hasting. Private family memorial services will follow, and interment will be held at Lakeside Cemetery in Hastings. Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
