Cesar Dumer-Zazueta, 34, passed away suddenly Saturday, November 6th, 2010, in Welch, Minnesota. He was a great asset at Luhman's Construction Company of Red Wing, Minnesota. Cesar will be sadly missed by his daughter: Abigail Donkers; his parents: Jorge Dumer-Ibarra and Maria Luisa Avilez-Zazueta; brother: Jorge (Dorisela) Dumer-Zazueta, niece: Maria Fernanda Dumer-Corral, nephew: Jorge Dumer-Corral, other family members, and many good friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, November 12th, 2010 at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 426 8th Street, Red Wing. There will be a one hour visitation prior to the start of mass. Burial will be in Mexico.
