Bennie J. Schwieger

Benjamin J. �Bennie� Schwieger, age 95 of Hastings died April 13, 2011 at the Augustana Health Care Center. He was born June 19, 1915 in Red Wing and was a farmer by trade. He married Barbara Regelman in Red Wing on January 16, 1946 and she preceded him in death on January 15, 2009. Bennie is survived by his daughter Brenda Schwieger of Eau Claire, WI; sons Robert (Karen) Schwieger of Hastings, James Schwieger of Inver Grove Heights, and David (Billie) Schwieger of Hastings; grandchildren Tracy, Ben, Bridgett, and Ashley; also 8 great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service, officiated by Gordon Gathright will be held at 11am Monday, April 18, 2011 at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. Seventh St., Hastings with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Red Wing, MN
