Ardella M. Leslie

passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer at Woodwinds Health Campus.She was born August 11, 1948 to Albert and Pearl Olson in Baudette, MN and graduated from Baudette high school in 1966. She attended Thief River Technical College, in Thief River Falls, MN and graduated with a degree in Accounting. She greatly enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, putting puzzles together and spending time outdoors. She was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church in Sunfish Lake, MN.She will be greatly missed by her loved ones.She is survived by her husband Dale Leslie of Cottage Grove, MN and son Allen and daughter Diana Leslie.She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Albert and Sister Janice. She is survived by her brothers Philip, (Joyce) Olson of Baudette, MN, Virgil (Dorothy) Olson of Intl. Falls, MN, and sisters Ardyce Escandon,(JR) of Blaine, MN and Wanda (Wayne) Parker, of Anchorage, AK and many nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be held Saturday (1/3) at Bethel Baptist Church in Sunfish Lake at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be Friday (1/2) from 6-8 P.M. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings and 2 hours prior to the service at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
