Anthony Wayne Link

Anthony Wayne Link, age 63, of Hastings, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at his home. Tony was born in Saint Cloud, MN on November 27, 1955 to Wayne and Joan (nee Malone) Link. The family moved near Hastings, MN and they opened the Trophy House in New Trier. Tony graduated from Hastings High School. After graduation, he married and had two daughters, Nici and Krystal. Throughout his life, he had various jobs in sales. He always said, "I could sell red wine to a woman wearing white gloves." He will be missed by all who knew him. Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Joan Link. He is survived by his daughters Nici Akins and Krystal (Dan) Anderson; his four grandchildren Kloe Karli (Nici), Aidan Evan (Krystal); his siblings Marilyn (Randy) Stricker, Ken (Harriet) Link, Kathy (Dennis) Stricker, Diane (Glen) Leighty, Laurie (Jim) Brausen, Annette (Steve) Watson, and Jeff (Beth) Link; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will have Tony's Celebration of Life at The Machine Shed in Lake Elmo, MN on Friday April 5th, 4-7pm. The family will have a private burial at a later date. Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
