Amy Boleen

Amy Melinda Boleen, age 48, of Hastings, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 29, 2015. Amy cared deeply for her family and friends and loved her pets. She enjoyed art, cooking, being a mother, and participating in all of Mathew’s favorite sports, especially Karate. She is survived by her son, Mathew; mother, Diane Solbakken; father, Ronald Boleen and step-mother, Diane Flint; siblings, Karen (Bill) Swafford, Charles Boleen, Andrew (Marnie) Boleen, and Lana (Ryan) Larson; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday (12/5) at 11:00 a.m. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A gathering will take place one hour prior to the service. Interment, Rosemount Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace Amy.
